Prices are per apartment and per day. Prices may vary depending on the number of occupants and the chosen apartment type. In any case, feel free to request a personalized offer, where possible, we can take into account your specific needs.

 

The prices do not include the tourist tax of €2.70 per person (over 14 years old) per day and the final cleaning of the apartment (€50.00 to €70.00 per apartment).

Payment Methods:
The stay can be paid:

• In cash: For total amounts less than €2000.00, by the day before departure.

Cancellation Conditions:

• If you have taken out travel cancellation insurance that covers your cancellation, there will be no cancellation fees.

• Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: Only the deposit already paid will be retained, and no additional cancellation fees will be charged.

• Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: We charge 70% of the booking amount.

• 7 days before the arrival date: 90% penalty on the entire booking amount.

• For delayed arrivals, early departures, or unoccupied beds, the price will be calculated as per the reservation.
   

Arrivals and Departures:

Check-in: From 14:00 to 20:00 (after 20:00 only by prior arrangement).
Check-out: By 09:30.

Travel Insurance:
We recommend you a travel insurance which can be used as confirmation istead of the booking deposit, only if stipulated at least 3 weeks befor your arrival. In this case you kindly ask you to sent us the confirmation. We recommend you the "Europäische Reiseversicherung"
